Job Description

ChrisMegs Transportation Corp is hiring experienced CDL-A OTR Dry Van company drivers for solo and team positions. Solo drivers are advertised at $0.80 CPM with weekly pay of $2,400–$3,200. Team drivers are advertised at $1.00 per mile split with weekly pay of $3,000–$3,500.

Solo drivers operate in every state east of I-35 except New York City. Team drivers operate in all 48 states except New York City.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR experience.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• Minimum SAP requirement: Step 6 In Progress: Follow-Up Testing.
• For SAP drivers, the advertisement states only one open violation is accepted and no hard drugs.
• Responsibility, good attitude, and desire to work.

What the Company Offers

• Solo pay: $0.80 CPM.
• SAP drivers: $0.75 CPM until completion of SAP follow-up testing.
• Solo weekly pay advertised at $2,400–$3,200.
• Solo sign-on bonus: $3,000 paid over 6 months at $500 per month.
• Team pay: $1.00 per mile split.
• Team weekly pay advertised at $3,000–$3,500.
• Team sign-on bonus: $15,000 paid over 12 months at $625 per driver each month.
• All dispatched miles paid, loaded or empty.
• Weekly direct deposit every Wednesday; pay week runs Monday through Sunday.
• 2021–2024 Freightliner Cascadia trucks.
• Trucks equipped with refrigerator and inverter.
• 2021 and newer Dry Van trailers.
• 24/7 dispatch and road support.
• Home time: 3 weeks on the road with 3–4 days home.
• Pets allowed.
• Safety bonuses and $500 referral bonus.
