Terms of Use

Last updated: September 14, 2026.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of SAPTruckingJobs.com, including its website, job listings, carrier profiles, application tools, forms, communications, content, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

SAPTruckingJobs.com is an information and job-discovery platform intended to help commercial drivers locate trucking opportunities, including opportunities that may be available to drivers who have completed some or all steps of the DOT Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) return-to-duty process.

  • We are not an employer, motor carrier, staffing agency, labor union, insurance company, law firm, medical provider, Substance Abuse Professional, consortium/third-party administrator, testing facility, or government agency.
  • We do not employ drivers listed on the Service and do not control the hiring decisions, safety policies, insurance requirements, dispatch, pay, equipment, routes, drug-testing policies, or employment practices of third-party carriers.
  • We may display job listings, carrier profiles, compensation information, SAP eligibility requirements, experience requirements, or other information supplied by carriers, recruiters, advertisers, public sources, or other third parties.
2. No Guarantee of Employment, Eligibility, or Results

Use of the Service does not guarantee that you will receive an interview, job offer, lease opportunity, owner-operator contract, response, approval, or any other result. A carrier may change its requirements at any time and may reject an applicant for lawful reasons including, without limitation, insurance eligibility, driving history, experience, safety history, criminal history where permitted, employment history, location, equipment availability, test results, Clearinghouse status, or other business criteria.

References to "SAP-friendly," "SAP accepted," "Step 4," "Step 5," "Step 6," "RTD," "follow-ups," or similar terms are informational descriptions only. They do not constitute a representation that any driver is legally eligible to drive, that a carrier must hire the driver, or that any specific DOT or FMCSA requirement has been satisfied.

3. DOT, FMCSA, Clearinghouse, SAP and Compliance Disclaimer

The Service is not a substitute for official DOT, FMCSA, Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse, state licensing, employer, medical, legal, safety, or compliance guidance. Users are responsible for confirming their own status and obligations through the appropriate official sources and qualified professionals.

  • Completion of one SAP step does not necessarily mean all return-to-duty requirements have been completed.
  • A driver may remain subject to follow-up testing or other obligations after a return-to-duty test.
  • Carrier policies may be more restrictive than minimum federal requirements.
  • Information displayed on the Service may become outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate.
4. Job Listings and Carrier Information

Third-party employers, carriers, recruiters, or advertisers are solely responsible for the truthfulness, legality, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of their listings and representations. We may review, edit, reject, remove, suspend, or refuse listings in our discretion, but we do not undertake a duty to independently verify every statement.

Compensation figures, percentages, mileage rates, weekly gross or take-home figures, bonuses, deductions, truck payments, home-time schedules, miles, freight availability, and similar information are estimates or advertiser-supplied information unless expressly stated otherwise. Actual results vary and may be affected by freight, fuel, maintenance, taxes, deductions, downtime, market conditions, individual performance, dispatch, weather, accidents, compliance, and many other factors.

5. No Endorsement or Agency Relationship

The appearance of a carrier, recruiter, advertiser, employer, product, service, logo, trademark, or third-party link on the Service does not constitute an endorsement, certification, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency relationship, or guarantee by SAPTruckingJobs.com. No carrier or user has authority to bind SAPTruckingJobs.com unless expressly authorized in writing.

6. Applications and Communications

If you submit an application, lead form, contact form, phone number, email address, resume, or other information through the Service, you authorize us to process and transmit that information for the purpose of facilitating the requested job-related contact or service. Depending on the form and consent provided, a carrier, recruiter, or service provider may contact you by phone, email, or text message.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to provide the phone number, email address, or other contact information used. Message and data rates may apply where applicable. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of using the Service unless expressly stated.

7. Employer and Recruiter Responsibilities

Employers, carriers, recruiters, and advertisers using the Service are solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to recruiting, hiring, advertising, consumer reports, background checks, discrimination, wage disclosures, telemarketing, text messaging, data protection, recordkeeping, and transportation operations.

Where the Fair Credit Reporting Act, state consumer-reporting laws, equal employment laws, privacy laws, or similar rules apply, the responsible employer or requesting party must provide required notices, obtain required authorizations, provide required pre-adverse and adverse-action notices, and otherwise comply with applicable law.

8. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Submitting false, misleading, fraudulent, impersonated, or unauthorized information.
  • Using the Service for scams, phishing, credential theft, harassment, unlawful discrimination, or other unlawful activity.
  • Attempting to bypass security, access controls, rate limits, or technical restrictions.
  • Introducing malware, malicious code, automated attacks, or disruptive traffic.
  • Scraping, harvesting, copying, republishing, reselling, or building a competing database from the Service without written authorization, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
  • Using contact information obtained through the Service for unsolicited mass marketing or unlawful communications.
9. Accounts, Security, and Access

If account functionality is provided, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activity occurring under your account. You must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, security risk, legal exposure, nonpayment, or violation of these Terms.

10. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, application forms, carrier websites, payment providers, analytics services, advertising networks, communications providers, or other external services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices, contracts, products, services, or conduct. Your dealings with third parties are between you and the third party.

11. Scams and Safety

Users should independently verify employers and recruiters before providing sensitive information, paying money, traveling, or entering a contract. We do not guarantee that every person or organization using or referenced by the Service is legitimate. Never provide passwords or unnecessary financial credentials through a job inquiry. Report suspicious listings or communications to us for review.

12. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original design elements, text, software, database structure, compilation, logos, branding, and other original content are owned by or licensed to the operator of SAPTruckingJobs.com and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

No license is granted except the limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Service for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms.

13. User and Advertiser Content

By submitting content for publication, you represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide it and that its publication will not violate law or third-party rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and otherwise use submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve the Service.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, current, free of harmful components, or suitable for any particular hiring, compliance, business, legal, financial, or employment decision.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SAPTruckingJobs.com, its operator, owners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, licensors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; lost profits; lost revenue; lost data; loss of business opportunity; loss of employment opportunity; business interruption; reputational harm; or costs arising from or related to use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid directly to us for the Service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event giving rise to liability or (b) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SAPTruckingJobs.com, its operator, affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, licensors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, penalties, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or relating to your misuse of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

17. Release Regarding Third Parties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release SAPTruckingJobs.com and its operator from claims arising solely from disputes between you and third-party employers, carriers, recruiters, drivers, advertisers, vendors, or other users, including disputes concerning hiring, termination, compensation, deductions, leases, equipment, dispatch, safety, accidents, cargo, insurance, tests, compliance, or representations made by such third parties.

18. Service Changes, Suspension, and Discontinuation

We may modify, suspend, restrict, remove, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable merely because a feature, listing, account, page, or service becomes unavailable.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

Any governing-law, venue, arbitration, jury-trial waiver, or class-action waiver provision should be completed based on the actual legal entity operating the Service and the jurisdiction in which it operates. Until such entity-specific language is inserted, applicable law and mandatory jurisdiction rules will control. Nothing in these Terms waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

21. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the invalid provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary where permitted. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional terms expressly presented for a specific feature or transaction, constitute the agreement governing use of the Service with respect to their subject matter.

23. Contact

Questions about these Terms should be sent through the contact method published on SAPTruckingJobs.com. Legal notices should identify the sender, the issue, the affected URL or account if applicable, and sufficient information for us to evaluate and respond to the notice.

Cookie Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026.

This Cookie Policy explains how SAPTruckingJobs.com may use cookies and similar technologies when you use the Service.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files or identifiers stored on or accessed from a browser or device. Similar technologies can include local storage, pixels, tags, scripts, software development kits, and related technologies that help websites operate and understand usage.

2. Types of Cookies We May Use
  • Strictly necessary cookies: used for core functionality, security, fraud prevention, session management, preferences essential to requested features, or similar purposes.
  • Functional cookies: used to remember non-essential preferences and improve usability.
  • Analytics cookies: used to understand traffic, page usage, errors, and website performance.
  • Advertising or measurement cookies: used, where implemented and legally permitted, to measure campaigns, limit repetition, attribute visits, or support relevant advertising.
3. Third-Party Technologies

Some cookies or similar technologies may be set or accessed by third-party service providers such as analytics, hosting, security, advertising, form, communications, or embedded-content providers. Their use of information may also be governed by their own policies.

4. Cookie Consent

Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies, those technologies should be used only after the required consent has been obtained. Strictly necessary technologies may be used without optional consent where permitted by law.

5. Managing Cookies

You can usually control cookies through browser settings and, where provided, the website's cookie preference controls. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect website functionality, saved preferences, sign-in state, analytics, or other features.

6. Do Not Track and Similar Signals

Browser and device privacy signals are evolving. Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid opt-out preference signal, we will handle such signals as required. Otherwise, browser "Do Not Track" signals may not produce a uniform response because no single standard applies in all jurisdictions.

7. Analytics and Advertising

If analytics or advertising technologies are enabled, they may collect device and usage information such as pages viewed, interactions, referrer information, approximate location, browser details, IP-derived information, and identifiers. The exact technologies used may change over time as providers or website functionality change.

8. Data Retention

Cookie lifetimes vary. Some are deleted when a browser session ends; others may remain for a defined period unless deleted earlier. Third-party technologies may follow retention periods set by the applicable provider.

9. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, providers, law, or website functionality. The latest version will be posted on this page.

10. Contact

Questions about cookies or privacy should be sent through the contact method published on SAPTruckingJobs.com.
