CDL-A OTR Company Driver

Job Description

Astra Freight Inc is hiring experienced CDL-A company drivers for OTR routes. The company advertises consistent miles, competitive pay, late-model equipment, and primary freight lanes across the Midwest, South, and Southeast.

Company drivers can choose Dry Van, Reefer, or Flatbed freight. Drivers are generally out 3–4 weeks, with flexible home-time options advertised.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A OTR driving experience.
• Minimum SAP status: Step 6 In Progress: Doing Follow-Ups.
• Clean driving record; maximum 2 violations in the last 2 years.
• Must meet company insurance and safety requirements.
• Must satisfy all applicable DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements.
• Must be legally eligible to operate a commercial motor vehicle in the United States.

What the Company Offers

• Pay: Flatbed $0.80–$0.85 per mile based on experience + tarp pay; Dry Van/Reefer $0.70 per mile.
• Average Weekly Pay: $2,500–$3,500+.
• Miles: 3,000+ miles per week; all miles paid.
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000.
• Route: OTR — primary lanes in the Midwest, South & Southeast.

• Fast approval advertised at 12–24 hours with 2–3 day onboarding.
